Fish Fry food vendors sell made-to-order conch salad, conch fritters, fried fish, cracked conch and a host of other Bahamian dishes. Tropical daiquiris, “Bahama Mamas” and “Sky Juice” can also be found at fish fry which is a popular hangout spot for locals on the weekends.
